-When visiting our website your IP address will only be used to deliver the website to you. There is no storing of the complete IP address.

General information about data processing
We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat them confidentially and according to the legal data protection laws. Your personal data will neither be made public nor transferred to a third party without your consent.
When personal data is processed, please find below on which norm the data processing is justified.
I. The subject Matter of Data Protection
The subject matter of data protection is personal data. This is information which is related to an identified or an identifiable natural person.
We are not able to identify you unless otherwise stated in this document or through other circumstances.
When processing personal data that is necessary for a performance of a contract whose contracting party is the person concerned, the legal basis of Art. 6. Section 1 lit. b GDPR is applicable. This is also valid for processing that is being necessary for precontractual measurements.
When processing personal data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation which is subject to our company, the legal basis of Art. 6 section 1 lit. c GDPR is applicable.
Should it be necessary to use personal data due to vital interests of the person concerned or a different natural person, the legal basis of Art. 6 section 1 lit. d GDPR is applicable.
Should the use of personal data be necessary to safeguard legitimate interests by our company or by a third party and should the interests, basic rights, and fundamental freedoms of the person concerned not outweigh the former interest, the legal basis of Art. 6 section 1 lit. f GDPR is applicable.
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as they will have served the purpose indicated. A storage beyond this can be done if it is required by the European or national lawmakers in Union law regulations, laws or other provisions that are subject to the person responsible. Data will also be blocked or deleted if a storage period prescribed by the mentioned standards expires, unless there is a requirement for further storage of data for the conclusion of a contract or fulfilment of a contract.
II. Collection, Use and Storing of data when visiting our website
We use the MarcanT AG, Herforder Straße 163a, D - 33609 Bielefeld, as a webhosting provider, which means that this company is acting on behalf of us to provide you with the website. We will remain the responsible party, therefore we will use the word “we” below, even though MarcanT is handling the technical side of it.
When you visit our website, we will receive the complete IP address from your computer software. With this IP address only, we are able to transfer the data from our website to you so that the website will be shown correctly (Art. 6 section 1 b and f GDPR). The temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to deliver the website to your computer. For this purpose, it is possible to have your IP address stored for the duration of the session. This is considered a common legitimate interest as you requested the website. We are required to transfer your IP address to the internet provider to be able to transmit website data to you.
We will not use or store the complete IP address beyond the purpose of transmitting the accessed data.
There is no possibility of objection as these processes are absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Please do not visit our website if you want to object.
Any usage of your personal data will be used solely for the purpose mentioned above and to the extent necessary.
Transmission of personal data to state institutions and authorities are only carried out within the framework of mandatory national legal provisions or if the transmission is necessary for prosecution in case of an attack to our net infrastructure. As we do not save any personal data on our website you are not able to exercise your right to request information, correction, blockage, deletion, completion, restriction and data portability. The short-term storage of your data is so short that there is no response possible by us. Therefore, you will not be able to exercise your right regarding the above-mentioned rights.

Our website can contain links to other website providers. We note that this data privacy statement is only valid for our websites. We cannot influence or control the compliance with the data privacy regulations of other providers.

The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant on the progress and the outcome of the complaint including the possibility of a judicial remedy pursuant to Article 78 GDPR.
